The Backstreet Boys, one of the biggest selling bands of all time, announce Brazil dates for 2023 of their DNA World Tour. In addition to the Pandemia postponed show in São Paulo on January 27, the announcement includes Curitiba on January 25 at Pedreira Paulo Leminski, a second show in São Paulo on January 28 at Allianz Parque, and Belo Horizonte on January 29 , on the Mineirão Esplanade.
The group was in the country in March 2020 and had to postpone the show in São Paulo, on March 15, because of the Covid pandemic. It would be the third show in that passage, after a performance in Uberlândia (MG) and another in Rio de Janeiro. At the time, all shows were sold out. The quintet formed by Brian, Kevin, Nick, A.J. and Howie D. released the album "DNA" in January 2019 and started a world tour "DNA World Tour in Brazil" in May of that year in Europe.
Tickets for the postponed show in São Paulo on March 15, 2020 remain valid for the new date of January 27, 2022.
